PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Following graduation Blair worked in production and development on the ABC Disney Sunday Movie Series at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. Blair left Disney in 1987 to begin his freelance directing and producing career. From 1987 to present he has directed multiple projects (many for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints) ranging from television commercials, documentaries, to dramatic shorts. His secular projects include; episodic television, TV movies and in more recent years, feature films. His experience ranges from comedy to drama, having worked with inexperienced to Academy Award Winning actors. All of his feature films have been delivered on time and on (or under) budget. As a result, Blair receives excellent ratings from bonding companies who insure the investment capital of major studios and other film investment groups. His films are currently distributed by Warner Brothers, Disney, Columbia Pictures, Samuel Goldwin Company, Saban, and air regularly on Showtime, HBO, Starz, and the Disney Channel.

His films have received national and international recognition including: Cine Golden Eagle, Gold Camera, Telly, Mobius, Gold Hugo, Golden Cindy,
Chicago Intl. Gold, New York Intl. Gold, and Houston Intl. Gold. He is a three-time Crystal Heart Award winner at the Heartland Film Festival which
recognizes and honors filmmakers whose work explores the human journey by artistically expressing hope and respect for the positive values of life.
CURRENT PROJECTS:
Recently, Blair produced and directed his sixth full length feature entitled "Little Secrets" (a.k.a. Secret Keeper), for Columbia TriStar Pictures which will be released nationwide in August of 2002. He is in development on "Dudes", a feature film starring Jeff Bridges and Aaron Carter (cast & production date pending).
PERSONAL:
Blair is a return missionary and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He resides in Orem, Utah with his wife, Cheryll and their four children.
